DELIVERY AND RETURNS  

EUROPE

Delivery is included for the whole Europe on all our products without minimum purchased amount. It will be made by International Colissimo. Of course, you have the possibility to chose any other carrier that will be offered on the transportation page.

OUTSIDE EUROPE

The cost of transportation will be displayed when ordering the product. You will have the choice between several options and delays.

RETURNS 

METROPOLITAN FRANCE

We will not make exception to the rule because what is the most important for us is to make you happy. In case one of our product does not please you, you can just send it back to us without any additional costs (we will take the cost of transportation for metropolitan France). This way you will have a voucher of equivalent amount or the possibilty to be reimbursed. You just need to contact our after-sales service at the following email address : contact[at]valome.fr with the subject : « Product return ». Of course you will need to send back the product in its perfect and original conditions (package etc.). Following the reception and a careful analysis, we will offer you a voucher of equivalent amount, or a reimbursement within 14 working days.

OUTSIDE METROPOLITAN FRANCE

In case one of our product does not please you, you can just send it back to us for an exchange or a reimbursement. Return fees will be at your charge. You will just need to contact our after-sales service at the following email address : contact[at]valome.fr with the subject : « Product return ». Of course you will need to send back the product in its perfect and original conditions (package etc.). Following the reception and a careful analysis, we will offer you a voucher of equivalent amount, or a reimbursement within 14 working days.
